True Potential, who rented offices within Crossford Court in Sale in April, has already taken expansion space within Crossford Court. Because Magnus owns and manages Crossford Court, they are able to deal with all matters relating to the premises quickly and efficiently. Although True Potential's lease had not expired, Magnus took a surrender of their existing lease and granted them a new lease for their expansion space. This work was undertaken in-house making the whole process extremely quick and, more importantly , there were no costly professional fees .
