Following the recent ‘cold snap' across the UK and in-particular the North West, an essential part of Magnus' property maintenance regime is carrying out thorough building inspections across its office portfolio in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire to identify any pipes or outlets which may have frozen. When outside temperatures drop well below freezing, , any exposed pipework can sometimes crack causing bursts.
