Manchester enjoyed a record year in 2010 with City centre office take up reaching 1.35m sq ft. The consensus appears to be that headline rents of £30 psf may be achieved during 2011 in response to diminishing supply and continued demand and that incentive packages will significantly reduce during 2011. We are experiencing a steady stream of enquiries for our office space throughout the portfolio and expect lettings to continue.
