Fifteen months ago Magnus welcomed Complaints Handling Services Limited into one of their office buildings Grosvenor House. Grosvenor House is located on a prominent corner position on Barrington Road in Altrincham town centre and can offer office suites to let from as little as 187 sq ft (1 to 2 person office). The building has been able to provide Complaints Handling Services with the flexibility they have required to expand within the building. Just before Christmas they were able to expand into a further 858 sq ft and this week Magnus have been able to provide them with a further 850 sq ft suite which they will take from 1st February 2012 which is when Magnus' latest phase of refurbishment completes. Complaints Handling Services now occupy approximately 4,000 sq ft of office space within the building.
