Magnus have this week commissioned One Studio to create a CGI image of the ground floor retail premises available at their commercial offices premises in Manchester city centre, 19 Spring Gardens.
The retail premises below the offices to let are currently in a shell condition and to show prospective occupiers where and how the new entrance will be they have commissioned a CGI image.
