Browns Bar and Brasserie, previously Athenaeum, has opened on Spring Gardens next to Magnus' offices in Manchester, 19 Spring Gardens. The bar and has been completely overhauled and looks fabulous and is set to attract a new clientele.
Magnus is delighted to have Browns as their new neighbours and think the external client of the whole building has further enhanced the appearance of Spring Gardens.
19 Spring Gardens underwent its office refurbishment over two years ago now and has since been very successful in the letting of the office suites available to let in Manchester.
