Cheshire based property investment company Magnus Ltd agreed the surrender of a lease from English First Language Schools on a 3rd floor suite at Arthur House, Chorlton Street, Manchester and have simultaneously let the accommodation to quantity surveyors and project managers RLF Consultants LLP. The 1,522 sq ft offices suite has been let on a five year lease term at a rental of £13 per sq.ft plus car parking.
According to Vicki Crompton of Magnus "Working closely with English First has allowed them to consolidate several offices throughout the North West and enabled Magnus to establish a new tone for the building which is now fully occupied".
