Magnus has secured yet another pre-letting of an office suite on the 1st floor of Riverside on Mountabatten Way in Congleton.
DPR Controls Ltd will move into the office following the completion of the refurbishment works which are currently nearing completion.
Seven new office suites are being created, 4 of which are already let to a variety of users. Works complete on the on Friday 30th September with space available from as little as 220 sq.ft (1-2 person office).
