Following a torrent of recent lettings a Riverside in Congleton, Magnus is pushing forward with a refurbishment on the 1st floor of the building. Phase III works to the first floor which will provide further office suites from 210 sq.ft (1/2 person office)is due to start in the near future, with completion due midsummer. Elm Cottage Ltd has already reserved one of the office suites and has temporarily moved into a suite on the 2nd floor.
