Magnus ended 2011 with fine set of office letting statistics for the year.
A total number of 69 transactions were completed by Magnus' in-house letting team in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire.
These lettings have reduced Magnus' total void to a very healthy sub 7% as it heads into 2012.
