Magnus' latest office space development in Manchester city centre, 19 Spring Gardens, is reaching completion. The office development which started during 2008 will shortly be ready for occupation.
The office space in Manchester has already attracted Trevor Sorbie International and Lockton Insurance Brokers and a further 29,000 sq ft is available in floor places from 5,500 sq ft. Due to the flexibility and efficiency of the floor plate, Magnus have the ability to provide office space from 1,000 sq ft upwards.
