Magnus attracts their tenth new occupier, Lancaster Business Solutions to their new offices to let at Grosvenor House in Altrincham. Magnus completed phase one and two of their refurbishment scheme on the ground floor only in July and there is still such strong demand for these smaller executive offices. With only two small remaining offices left to let of 229 sq ft (2-3 person) and 374 sq ft (3- 4 person) Magnus are drawing up plans to potentially start phase three of their refurbishment works which will provide potential customers with a range of office sizes starting from 150 sq ft (1-2 person). There is still the opportunity for businesses to take occupation in larger suites from 1,879 sq ft up to a total of 6,500 sq ft.
