Dataspire, the ICT Solutions, based in Magnus’ office building South Court, on junction 2 of the M56, have expanded within the building. Magnus have taken a surrender from another customer within the building to accommodate the growth of Dataspire. Dataspire have taken just over 2,000 sq ft in building B which Magnus have reconfigured and refurbished ready for Dataspire’s occupation at the end of February 2012. January lettings at Riverside Congleton

Renewable Solution Consultancy Ltd and Grenways Waste Management Ltd are the first companies in 2012 to rent office space within Magnus historic multi-occupied office building in the heart of Congleton town centre. Renewable Solutions have taken an office on the ground floor, which was recently vacated by Congleton’s Sparkle Aesthetic & Beauty Clinic who have expended their operations and taken addition space within the Riverside, whilst Greenways Waste Managemant have taken an office on the 1st floor.

SGP SIGN AT ARTHUR HOUSE

Magnus’s have attracted SGP, the Property and Facilities Management Company to their offices in Manchester city centre, Arthur House. Magnus created two offices to let at first floor level, 653 sq ft which is now let to SGP and 293 sq ft which is available. Both offices have been refurbished to an excellent standard with the office space available for immediate occupation. Magnus now only have a limited amount of office space available to let in Manchester city centre.

On one particular day, and within a period of only 4 hours, Magnus logged 14 office enquires which converted in to 8 arranged viewings in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire.
