Magnus releases budget office space in Macclesfield town centre. Offices totalling 2,928 sq ft (20-30 people) have just been put on the market in the centre of Macclesfield at an unbelievably cheap rent of £3.00 per sq.ft. The offices are probably the cheapest in Macclesfield and offer a good standard of accommodation spread over two floors. Magnus have appointed Shepherd Robson’s interior design department to review the entrances at Crossford Court, Sale. Magnus have recently completed phase I of the office refurbishment programme at Crossford Court and are on-site with Phase II. Magnus now want to improve the approach / appearance of the entrances into each of the offices buildings.
