Accident and Compensation Shop Limited having viewed Arthur House located in the Piccadilly area of Manchester City Centre last month were able to agree with Magnus to create them a 900 sq ft office suite. The businesses will move into the office building to let 2nd April 2012. The 900 sq ft suite will be part of the next phase of refurbishment to the building.
