'Airfrance Cargo/KLM Cargo consider the whole experience of looking for suitable office accommodation in the right location for the right price and with the minimum of effort was achieved because of the professionalism of the ‘MAGNUS' team. The attention to every detail from car-parking to office planning was absolutely superb. Magnus are represented by a team of people who are Customer focused, eager to please and reactive to our needs, in particular Vicki and Aran were always available to deal with our questions and on the day of the move we had a lot of help and support from Malachi the Building Manager at Southcourt. Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers they are so beautiful and unexpected !!!! I can't believe it a landlord that cares !!!! That will take some getting use to !!!! The furniture is absolutely wonderful as well, the team can't believe their luck. Thank you so much. We can't thank you enough. It's all in situ and looks really good. I spent all day last Friday cleaning it and it looks like brand new. Our cleaner has done a good job of the offices too they look really good. You will have to pop in to see us when we've moved in properly in the new year. We have had such a manic week this week that we haven't been able to get over to the Crown Centre but we are over there today shampooing all the carpets. They have come up so well, again they look brand new. I'm so pleased with it all. When the staff went there last week they didn't want to come back to our offices here. "As a new business to the Congleton area, we were pleased to join the local Chamber of Commerce who made us feel part of a family. Through the Chamber of Commerce we were introduced to Ed Lockyer of Magnus who talked to us about the opportunity of moving our offices to Riverside Mill. We were already based in Congleton and although the offices were fine, they did not meet our needs or vision for the future. As we are an expanding business we wanted to create the right impression to our clients and thought that Riverside was going to be too expensive. It became apparent very early on that the rent at Riverside was not as expensive as we had originally thought and set about the negotiations with Ed, who was very quick to accommodate us and our needs. We are extremely happy at Riverside and have the added bonus of being in offices very close to the Chamber of Commerce”.

"We made enquiries about space at Ropewalks in March 2008 and due to Magnus' very flexible and practical approach to lease negotiations, we very quickly agreed the terms and conditions of our tenant agreement.
Throughout, from the initial negotiations to us taking occupation on the 21st July 2008 and our subsequent months of our occupation, the team at Magnus have been extremely supportive, flexible and accommodating of our requirements. Once the lease agreement had been reached Magnus were also willing for us to have early access so our own infrastructure could be installed ahead of our formal occupation date.
Our office move has gone really well and we have been made to feel very welcome by everyone at Magnus and our fellow tenants. The bouquet of flowers the day we moved in was an extremely pleasant touch."
