Magnus have been excellent in their handling of our property needs, nothing has been too much trouble and they really took the time to understand our business and culture during the whole process. We found Magnus following a long and arduous property search, during which we had a number of failed negotiations, but we immediately had a good feeling that Magnus were flexible and more importantly, valued our business. That was evidenced by their occupation rate and the dealings we had with all of their staff, from sales, building works and the building manager. I just wanted to drop you an email to point out how helpful Steve (the building manager) has been since our arrival at Crossford court. We changed offices in July 09 from another commercial office on Dane road and the difference in the quality of the building manager has been huge. Steve can not do enough to help and recently has been particularly helpful since my business partner suffered a leg injury and was in plaster.

I spent all day last Friday cleaning it and it looks like brand new. Our cleaner has done a good job of the offices too they look really good.
