I just wanted to drop you an email to point out how helpful Steve (the building manager) has been since our arrival at Crossford court. We changed offices in July 09 from another commercial office on Dane road and the difference in the quality of the building manager has been huge. Steve can not do enough to help and recently has been particularly helpful since my business partner suffered a leg injury and was in plaster.

Moving in with Magnus at Southcourt was one of the best moves we made in 2009. When we first moved here we were in a relatively small space but when we decided we needed bigger,  they went above and beyond and built a new wall in a much larger office to create the space we wanted. Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers they are so beautiful and unexpected !!!! I can't believe it a landlord that cares !!!!  That will take some getting use to !!!! The furniture is absolutely wonderful as well, the team can't believe their luck. Thank you so much. We can't thank you enough. It's all in situ and looks really good. I spent all day last Friday cleaning it and it looks like brand new. Our cleaner has done a good job of the offices too they look really good. You will have to pop in to see us when we've moved in properly  in the new year. We have had such a manic week this week that we haven't been able to get over to the Crown Centre but we are over there today shampooing all the carpets. They have come up so well, again they look brand new. I'm so pleased with it all.  When the staff went there last week they didn't want to come back to our offices here. "We made enquiries about space at Ropewalks in March 2008 and due to Magnus' very flexible and practical approach to lease negotiations, we very quickly agreed the terms and conditions of our tenant agreement.
Throughout, from the initial negotiations to us taking occupation on the 21st July 2008 and our subsequent months of our occupation, the team at Magnus have been extremely supportive, flexible and accommodating of our requirements.
