Upgrade works at our Crossford Court offices in Sale, South Manchester have now concluded, considerably enhancing entrances 5 and 6 for our customers and visitors alike. The project which lasted 6 weeks is very similar to the works we (Magnus) completed to entrances 1 and 2 at Crossford Court in 2010.Owing to the amount of footfall in these entrances and the scope of works we were undertaking, careful planning and regular customer liaison was essential to keep disruption down to a minimum.
The works included: -
• New glazed entrances including door access control
• Ceramic floor tiles to ground floor reception
• New carpet to stairs and first floor lobby
• Fire panel upgrade and detection
• New plasterboard ceiling
• Decoration throughout
