Refurbishment and upgrade works are well underway to part 3rd floor, Nelson House, Timperley to accommodate an existing customer's expansion plans. Cleardebt who already occupy office space at Nelson House have now taken an additional 3,500 sq.ft and we (Magnus) are currently fitting this out to suit their requirements.The scheme consists of reconfiguring existing partitioning to suit Clesdebts spacial requirements, new decoration and carpet throughout. To ensure we fit in with our customers timings, all works need completing within 4 weeks which we will meet.
