The start of a new year has historically been slow in respect of completing new lettings, however in January & February we have had a great couple of months, with record levels of office lettings completed in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire.
One encouraging sign is that half of these lettings have come from our existing customers who have taken on additional office space within our portfolio - perhaps confirmation of economic growth?
It is somewhat frustrating that the office market remains extremely unpredictable, however I hope that the current enquiry levels and conversion rates continue and that our unique lead generation techniques, our high quality products and after sales service, keep the enquiries coming in.
