Myself and the Estates Management team have been busy contributing to the In-Form section. At each property a site specific file contains up to date information relating to health and safety matters such as fire safety, water risk assessments, asbestos management, electrical safety, gas safety and energy performance amongst other important categories.
We have also made available the policy statements which provide customer information regarding their responsibilities on how to mange property specific health and safety matters. This information has now been converted to an electronic format and made available on the X-Change for your viewing and download when required.
