Manchester, UK - Acting on behalf of Magnus, Knight Frank has signed up specialist engineering consultancy, Tony Gee and Partners to Magnus' Hanover House in Manchester city centre.
Located on Charlotte Street in the heart of the city, Hanover House provides a total of 15,000 sq ft of office space over ground and five upper floors. Tony Gee and Partners has taken part of the third floor measuring 825 sq ft on a 3-year lease and will join existing tenants Diversity Travel, PPS Group and Brody Lee Kershaw.
Established in 1974, Tony Gee and Partners LLP provides specialist engineering consultancy services to the international construction industry.
Based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, Magnus offers a wide range of offices across Manchester and the North West.
Speaking about the letting, Vicki Cook, director at Magnus, commented: "We are thrilled Tony Gee and Partners has selected Hanover House for its new Manchester office.
