Every person within our organisation is personable and approachable and is committed to providing a high quality service. All members of the team are experienced property professionals, with the relevant specialist skills and training.
We recognise the frustration many organisations have felt when dealing with remote property owners, often never speaking directly to a principal but perhaps having to tackle a managing agent on a number of fairly trivial issues which never seem to get resolved.
Unlike many other property companies, we manage our buildings directly so you will be in constant contact with someone empowered to act in a decisive way. We also recognise the importance of contact continuity and will ensure you won’t get passed from person to person without any attempt to deal with the matter in question.
Places
Magnus has been established since 1988 and during that time has become very experienced in refurbishing existing buildings and developing new schemes throughout the region.
We have delivered over 1m sq ft of new projects to a wide variety of occupiers ranging from pre- lettings to government departments and major corporates taking large new buildings, to start up companies taking small suites on a flexible arrangement. We also have the capability to procure and manage complex office fit outs should that be required.
